Bowl and Box NIG (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a supplier of kraft packaging products, food containers, paper bags, and related items.
These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site means you accept any changes.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during checkout.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, prices, sizes, and images.
However:

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Product availability may change without notice.
Prices may be updated periodically.

If a product is incorrectly priced or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing an order means you authorize us to process and deliver your purchase.

Accepted payment methods include:

Bank Transfer (if enabled)
Any additional payment method listed at checkout

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver nationwide within Nigeria.

Lagos: 48–72 hours
Other States: 5–8 working days
Delivery fees apply and are shown at checkout.
Delivery timelines may be affected by logistics delays or peak seasons.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Bowl and Box NG is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery partners. However, we will do our best to support you in resolving issues.

6. Custom Branding Uploads

If your order involves custom branding:

You must upload a clear JPEG/PNG file via the designated upload section.
You confirm you own the rights to use the logo/design.
We are not responsible for trademark violations or copyright issues arising from your uploads.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Due to the nature of packaging products, all sales are final.
However, we may accept returns or exchanges ONLY if:

The wrong item was delivered
Items arrived damaged with proof with the logistic rep
A manufacturing defect is confirmed

Claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bowl and Box NIG will not be responsible for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business
Issues caused by third-party logistics providers
Misuse of products

Our total liability will never exceed the value of your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, text, and branding on this site belong to Bowl and Box NIG.
You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
